7050铝合金零件淬火过程中温度场及热应力场的模拟研究 被引量:9

摘要 综合考虑了7050铝合金材料热物性参数与力学性能参数的非线性问题,借助有限元软件ABAQUS对7050铝合金法兰盘零件进行了淬火过程中温度场、热应力场的计算机数值模拟,得到其冷却曲线与热应力分布情况。结果表明:7050铝合金零件淬火过程中表层金属承受拉应力,心部金属承受压应力的空间分布特征,且无论是拉应力还是压应力都在淬火开始不久出现峰值,至冷却结束时整个零件的应力状态趋于平衡,应力降低至最小值。 The nonlinear problem of thermal-physical performance parameters and mechanical properties performance parameters of 7050 Aluminum aUoy were considered together. The numerical simulation of temperature field and stress field during the flange parts heat treatment process was carried out by using finite element sofiware-ABAQUS. The residual stress distribution and cooling curve during the cooling process were obtained. The results show that, when quenching the alloy, the feature of tensile stress on surface and pressure stress in center is formed. The tensile stress and pressure stress in quenching began to generate peak, until the end of cooling, the stress states of whole part tends to balance, and stress reduces to the minimum.
