摘要
以萜烯树脂改性聚氨酯为预聚物制备了单组分聚氨酯密封胶,主要研究了萜烯树脂的用量对改性聚氨酯密封胶黏度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及其耐水粘结性能的影响。结果表明:当萜烯树脂的用量为20份(质量份)时,改性聚氨酯密封胶的力学性能达到最大值,且制得密封胶的耐水粘结性比未改性的密封胶有很大的提高。
One-component polyurethane sealant was prepared by terpene resin modified polyurethane prepolymer. This article studied influence of dosage of terpene resin on performances of modified polyurethane, such as viscosity, tensile strength, elongation at break and waterproofing bonding strength. Results showed that the mechanical properties of modified polyurethane sealant were the best when the dosage of terpene resin was 20 phr, and the waterproofing bonding strength of modified polyurethane was greatly improved than that of unmodified sealant.
