摘要
分别采用预聚法和直接乳化法制备了水性聚氨酯乳液和萜烯树脂乳液,讨论了萜烯树脂乳液的用量对聚氨酯乳液及胶膜性能的影响。结果表明,当加入萜烯树脂乳液质量分数为25%时,聚氨酯乳液的粘度和胶膜的拉伸强度均达到最大值,分别为20.1mPa.s和15.70MPa,胶膜伸长率达到377%,其用量再增大时,伸长率增加不明显;胶膜剥离强度在萜烯树脂乳液质量分数为30%时达到最大值9.87N/cm;当萜烯树脂在质量分数低于20%时,胶膜吸水率变化较小,超过20%后胶膜吸水率增大。
Aqueous polyurethane emulsion and terpene resin emulsion were prepared respectively by prepolymerzation and direct emulsification. The influence of terpene resin emulsion content on the PU emulsion and its film properties. The results showed that when the content of terpene resin emulsion was 25% , the viscosity of PU emulsion was 20.1 mPa · s and tensile intensity of the PU film was 15.70MPa,reached entirely the biggest,the film elongation was 377 %. The elongation was increased indistinctly. When the content of terpene resin increased, peeling strength came up to the maximum with 30% terpene resin emulsion, which was 9.87N/cm. When terpene resin emnlsion content was lower than 20%, water absorption of film had a little change. When the contant was more than 20% ,water absorption of film was imcreased.
