光伏企业生产废水处理工程实例

摘要 针对光伏企业废水pH值变化大,氟离子含量高,废水种类复杂等特点,对废水进行分类收集处理后,采用"混凝沉淀—水解酸化—接触氧化—过滤"工艺进行处理。工程运行结果表明,该工艺处理效果稳定,出水水质均达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级排放标准要求。 The features of the photovoltaic industry wastewater are variable pH, high content of fiuorion and complex types of wastewater. Aimed at these features, the wastewater was collected separately and treated by the technology of coagulation and sedimentation, hydrolytic acidification, contact oxidation and filtration. The result showed that a stable treatment effect could be achieved by this technology, and the treated wastewater quality could meet the primary standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996).
