摘要
调研目前国内外有机硅废水处理的技术,主要处理工艺是以Fenton法或相应的改良Fenton法为主的物化处理。本文结合近几年国内的研究成果,综合比选了国内外有机硅废水的处理技术,探索有机硅废水生化处理的可行性。结合江西星火有机硅厂的生产废水,研究"铁碳微电解+高效微生物"工艺对有机硅废水处理的可行性,并取得了一定成果。
Study on silicone wastewater treatment technologies at home and abroad, the main treatment process is Fenton or corresponding modified Fenton treatment. In this paper, base on the domestic research results in recent years, to compare and select the domestic and foreign silicone wastewater treatment technology, to explore the biochemical treatment feasibility of the organic wastewater silicon. Meanwhile using the wastewater from Jiangxi xinghuo organic silicon factory, to research the "iron-carbon micro-electrolysis + high efficient micro-organisms" process on the feasibility of organic silicone wastewater, and have achieved certain results.
