摘要
N+注入野生型菌株 (Alcaligenfaecalis 1 .4 88) ,筛选出抗 51 6mmol/L乙二胺的泌铵突变株EM1 1 0 5,它以KNO3为氮源时 ,培养 2 1h泌铵量可达到 1 1 0mmol/L。研究了该突变株在不同氮源下的培养特性 ,推断为铵载体缺陷型。
NH 4 +-excreting mutant was isolated from Alicaligen faecelis 1.488 as ethyldiamine resistant strains which were obtained by mutagenesis by ion implantation.The mutant EM1105 could excrete up to 1.10mmol/L ammonium,while incubated in media containing KNO 3 as the sole nitrogen source during non-diazotrophic growth.After a study of properties of EM1105 incubated in media containing different nitrogen source,we can infer,the mutant EM1105 may be a NH 4 +-carrier deficient mutant.
