摘要 作为气孔运动渗透调节的代谢基础 ,气孔保卫细胞的碳代谢有特殊的调控机理。本文介绍了气孔保卫细胞中参与碳代谢的主要酶的特性及调控特点 ,特别是保卫细胞叶绿体中催化苹果酸形成的PEP羧化酶 ,其磷酸化和去磷酸化参与了保卫细胞信号传递。保卫细胞碳代谢调控在气孔运动调节中的作用 。 For the stomatal movement, the regulation of carbon metabolism in guard cells is specific. In guard cells (GC), the activity levels of enzymes necessary for carboxylation and regeneration of RUBP were less than those in mesophyll cells (MC). However, guard_cell PEPC, which catalyses the regulated step in malate accumulation, is crucial for stomata. The enzymes required for conversion of PGA to GAP/DHAP were quite active in GC. Moreover, there is high enzymes activity, predominance of cytochrome pathway and incomplete engagement of alternative in mitochondria. Respiration is the major source of energy for stomatal movement. A review of the regulation and the characteristic of key enzymes in carbon metabolisms and the role of carbon metabolism in guard cells is given here. In addition, the relationship between carbon metabolism in stomatal guard cells and energy metabolism is discussed. There are mighty advances in the study of the relationship between stomatal movement and carbon metabolisms in guard cells.
