摘要
本文综述了有关植物PEP羧化酶(磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶)及其催化PEP(磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸)羧化反应机理的文献资料。同时,还讨论了PEP羧化酶催化PEP羧化反应的机理,即PEP的羧化过程可能经过活化与羧化两个阶段。
This article reviews the literature about PEP-carboxylase in plants and the mechanism of this PEP Enzyme on carboxylation reaction. PEP-carboxylase is composed of 4 subunits and its molecular weight is about 4 , 10s KD. PEP-carboxylase widely occurs in lots of plants. Under catalysis of PEP-carboxylase, PEP carboxylation reaction is included 2 phases- activation and carboxylation.
