摘要
分析了大规模风电入网引入的电网运营风险;针对风电入网后由于设备故障、风速随机波动性和自然灾害等给电网运营带来的风险以及对电网的可靠性和安全运行造成的影响,从电网运营风险管理角度提出了风险控制的技术性和市场化手段,并将保险手段运用到风电入网引入的电网运营风险控制中,设计了基于保险的风险管理流程,评估了保险手段转移电网运营风险的效果。算例表明了所提控制手段的正确性和有效性。
Wind turbine outages and random fluctuations of wind power make more significant impact on power system operation. The impact on power system operation of large-scale wind power is analyzed in this paper. Risk control techniques and marketing means are proposed at the view of power grid operation risk management Application of insurance, a risk management process is designed. The effect of insurance means in risk transferring is estimated in the final. The result of the example indicates the method proposed in this paper is effective and correct.
