摘要
探讨离子色谱法测定土壤中PO43-、Br-、NO2-等有效阴离子的可行性以及相关的前处理方法。采用固相萃取技术处理土壤样品,应用离子色谱法测定土壤中的三种有效阴离子。多次重复测定标准物质PO43-、Br-、NO2-三种有效阴离子,验证方法可行性,测得峰面积的相对平均标准偏差分别为2.02%,0.67%,1.40%。测得土壤中PO43-、Br-、NO2-三种有效阴离子的检出限分别为0.1,1.0,1.0 mg/kg,平均回收率分别为97.82%,96.35%,97.82%。通过一定前处理方法,减少土壤中杂质对测定的干扰和对色谱柱的污染,优化了三种阴离子的色谱分离和测定条件,准确测定了土壤中三种阴离子含量。固相萃取-离子色谱法测定土壤中三种有效阴离子方法简便、快速、灵敏度高。
A pre-treatment method and the feasibility of using ion chromatography to simultaneously detemine three anions( PO4^3-、Br-、NO2-) in soil was discussed. Solid phase extraction technology was used to disperse the soil samples and a determination of three anions( PO4^3-、Br-、NO2- ) in soil by ion chro- matography was developed. Seven repeat tests were determined by three anions (PO4^3-、Br-、NO2- ) of standard and the feasibility of the method was verified. The relative standard deviation of peak area re- spectively were 2.02% ,0.67% and 1.40%. The detection limit of three anions( PO4^3-、Br-、NO2- ) in the soil respectively were 0.1 mg/kg, 1.0 mg/kg and 1.0 mg/kg, and the average recovery respectively were 97.82% ,96.35% and 97.82%. Reduced impurity determination disturbance and pollution by a certain pretreatment method, it optimized chromatographic fractionation and determination condition, accu- rately detected three anions(PO4^3-、Br-、NO2-) in soil. This method was simple,rapid and sensitivity.
