我国高校教师资源布局演变及空间均衡性评价

摘要 区域高等教育与社会经济发展具有高度相关性,适度缩小高等教育差距是统筹区域发展的必然选择,对实现教育公平意义重大.该文构建了师资布局重心与基尼系数模型,研究改革开放以来我国高校教师资源布局演变特征并对其空间均衡性进行评价.结果表明,我国高校教师整体布局出现了先向西北、后向西南的空间偏转态势;以在校生数量为评判准则,高校教师布局在总体上处于"高度均衡"区间范围内,北京、上海、西藏、新疆等布局集中度较高或较低的省区均为空间均衡性的影响单元;教师规模不是高校教师资源配置失衡的关键因素,空间布局的优化调整方向应放在教师质量和结构方面. The center of gravity of teacher layout and the gini coefficient model were constructed.The characteristics of change in China’s university teacher layout since the reform and opening policy,and its spatial equilibrium wore evaluated.The result shows that the overall layout of college teachers in China had appeared the spa tial deflection trend first to the northwest,then to the southwest since 1980’s.Judging from the number of students,the layout of college teachers was as a whole in the "high equilibrium" region.The provinces which have higher or lower layout concentrations,for instance,Beijing,Shanghai,Tibet,and Xinjiang are influenced by spatial equilibrium.The teacher scale is not the key factor for the imbalance of college teachers resource allocation.The orientation of adjustment for the optimal spatial layout should be laid on the teachers’ quality and their structure.
