摘要
通过剖析企业文化建设实践中的认知误区,从"以道为本"的视角重新定义了企业文化的内涵。同时,通过反思企业文化生成机理中存在源头缺失、主体不明、路径不清、落地不到位等问题,指出了"以道为本"的企业文化生成机理。最后,从"以道为本"的视角,通过企业文化的引申,进一步探讨了企业与管理的本质。
This paper analyses the cognitive mistakes of taking "the culture of corporate" and "the culture of supervisors" for the corporate culture,and redefine the connotation of corporate culture from the "dao-oriented" perspective.At the same time,we conclude the generation mechanism of "dao-oriented" corporate culture by reflecting the problems of the source,subject,route and implementation of the past generation mechanism.Finally,the paper tentatively explores the nature of companies and management from the "dao-oriented" perspective.
