摘要
图书馆与政府部门缺乏一种有效的沟通交流机制,制约了当前图书馆决策信息服务的发展。因此,以用户合作为基础,以用户平台为依托,资源嵌入和服务嵌入为手段的"嵌入式"政府决策信息服务模式,打破了各种服务障碍,开启了馆员和用户之间的联系通道,同时提升了用户在信息服务中的互动参与积极性,并利用政府信息资源和平台优势实现最优服务。
The lack of an effective communication mechanism between libraries and government departments restricts the development of current decision-making information services of libraries. So, the ＂embedded＂ government decision-making information service mode that based on the user cooperation and the user platform as well as embedded resources and services has broken service barriers, established the contact channel between librarians and users, at the same time, enhanced the user＇s interactive participation in information services, and used government resoumes and platforms to achieve best services.
