参考咨询是图书馆的一项核心业务工作。依据参考咨询服务发展的历程,具体分析了传统参考咨询、数字参考咨询、综合参考咨询和学科服务所呈现的特性、规律,包括各自的服务方式、服务内容,重新审视参考咨询服务变革,为参考咨询服务健康、稳定、可持续发展提供一定参考作用。
The reference service is one of the core works in the library.According to the evolution process of reference services,the characteristics and regularities of traditional reference service,digital reference,general reference and subject services,as well as their service modes and service contents were analyzed.The reference service revolution was analyzed which would provide reference for the healthy,stable and sustainable development of reference service.
