摘要
为了满足液压支架采高和承载力的增大,大缸径立柱得到了广泛的使用,立柱是液压支架的主要支撑部件,立柱的大小决定了支架的可承载强度和高度;采用厚壁来满足立柱的强度要求。利用有限元计算软件对大立柱厚壁进行了有限元力学分析,使厚壁满足了立柱力学性能要求,同时优化了结构,节省了成本。
In order to meet with the rising height and support power of hydraulic support column, large diameter hydraulic support columns are borad used, hydraulic support column is the important part of hydraulic support, the magnitude of hydraulic support column determines the rising height and support power, thick cylinder is used to meet the demand of strength. The text has used finite element calculation software to calculate with thick cylinder column, thick cylinder column has met with request of dynamics properties, optimized the structure and reduced the weight.
