摘要
随着综采技术的发展,支架的高度和缸径不断增加。为了满足支架立柱高度和承载力增加的检验工作的需求,开发研制了26 000 k N立柱试验装置。利用有限元方法对试验装置进行了力学分析,同时优化了试验装置,取得最优的结构,使试验装置满足了力学性能要求。
With the development of mining technology, the height of the support power and the cylinder diameter increased continuously. In order to meet the requirements of height rising and support power increase of hydraulic support column, developed and researched 26 000 kN test equipment of hydraulic support column. Analyzes the test equipment with the finite element analysis method and optimizes the test equipment, obtains the optimal structure, which makes the test equipment meet the requirements of dynamics properties.
