摘要
道路交通需求超过道路供给容量的那部分交通量滞留在道路上形成了交通拥挤,通过实施拥挤收费策略能有效缓解交通拥堵状况。文章在论述拥挤收费含义的基础上,分析了其与传统征收过路(桥)费做法的不同和与其他交通需求管理措施之间的联系,并探讨了拥挤收费对城市交通的影响,为拥挤收费的后续研究提供借鉴。
The part of the traffic stuck on the road forms traffic jams owing to road traffic demand exceeds road supply capacity.The implementation of congestion pricing can effectively relieve traffic congestion.On the basis of discussing the congestion pricing meaning,the paper analyzed its difference with the traditional levy crossing （bridge） fee and the linkages between other traffic demand management measures,and discussed the impact of congestion pricing.All those discussion can provide reference for the follow-up study of urban transport congestion pricing.
