摘要
以学生评价为视角研究高校教师组织公民行为,通过对47名大学生进行开放式调查收集高校教师组织公民行为的关键事件,采用内容分析法分析,设计量表。再通过对347名大学生进行问卷调查预试量表,形成正式调查问卷。正式调查对594名在校大学生进行了施测,探索性因素分析得到了学生评价高校教师组织公民行为的三维结构:职业帮助、榜样树立和科研促进。通过结构方程模型,采用验证性因素分析对三维模型进行了检验,结果表明三维结构模型拟合结果良好,合理可靠。最终通过对比以往的研究,讨论分析了高校教师组织公民行为的结构特点。
This research focuses on the comments on OCBs of college teachers based on students' evaluation perspectives. First, collect the key items of college teachers' OCBs through open-ended questionnaire to 47 students. And then use the Contents Analysis Method to design scales. Secondly, survey of 347 students for amendments to the questionnaire. Ultimately, conducted a survey of 594 students, concluded and test a three- dimensional structure of college teachers' OCBs by the Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis. Eventually, contrast to previous studies, conducted in-depth analysis and discussion of college teachers' OCBs. The main conclusions of this research are as follows: A three-dimensional structure of college teachers' OCBs from the students' evaluation perspectives: Employment Assistance; Example Setting; Research Promotion. Finally, through the comparison of previous research, discuss and analysis the structure of colleges Teachers' organizational citizenship behavior.
