摘要 承德建龙特殊钢有限公司炼钢厂5机5流大圆坯连铸机同时浇铸Φ300 mm和Φ500 mm两个断面圆坯时,外置式结晶器电磁搅拌的线圈轴线与小断面圆坯结晶器中心不重合,圆坯断面越小,偏搅对铸坯内部的碳偏析指数影响也越大。在采取稳定拉速、低过热度浇铸、优化电磁搅拌和二冷配水等措施后,碳偏析指数和等轴晶组织得到改善均并符合标准要求。 In casting two different sectional round bloom, namely φ300 mm and φ500mm blooms simultaneously at a 5 strand round bloom caster in the Steelmaking Plant of Chengde Jianlong Special steel Co. , Ltd. , due to misalignment of the axis of coil of the electromagnetic stirrer with the centerline of the mold for small sectional round bloom, the greater the effect of segregation on the internal carbon segregation index of the bloom will be. By application of a series technological measures such as stable drawing speed,low overheat casting,optimization of slectromagnetie stirring and secondary cooling water distribution the carbon segregation index and equiaxel crystal macrostructure have been improved and they are completelv uP to the standard.
