摘要
实验以不同类型玉米自交系为材料,于田间采集花粉并在室内不同温度条件下保存一定时间,尔后采用田间授粉的方法对不同玉米自交系在不同处理条件下的结实率进行研究。结果表明,离体花粉在室温条件下,5 h以后花粉生活力逐渐下降。在4℃条件下保存效果较室温和-20℃好。同时,不同类型玉米自交系之间花粉生活力存在一定的差异。
Different maize inbred lines were used to investigate the pollen viability, which were stored for a cer- tain time in different temperature conditions. The results showed that the pollen viability gradually decreased after 5 h in room temperature, and the pollen hybrid seed rate was best, when the pollen were stored in 4 ℃. In addition, the pollen viability was different among different maize inbred lines.
