摘要
国土资源文化建设对本系统成员共同的行为和价值观有着指导规范的重要作用。大力加强现代文化建设,大力弘扬"爱岗敬业讲奉献、攻坚克难敢担当"的新疆国土资源精神,是促进国土资源事业科学发展的现实需要。文化建设对于保障和促进国土资源事业科学发展是至关重要的。加强宣传思想工作,唱响新疆国土资源文化建设的主旋律,应当重视加强国土资源文化建设的理论指引和实践探索,重视加强新疆国土资源文化建设的引领工作。强化新疆国土资源文化建设的主阵地,需要切实加强国土资源文化建设,不断增强意识形态领域反分裂、反渗透的能力;充分发挥现代文化的引领作用,切实强化国土资源系统做好维稳工作的各项措施。大力繁荣新疆国土资源文化事业,应坚持以满足国土资源系统各族干部群众基本公共文化需求为根本任务,扎实推进国土资源系统文化体制改革,注重优秀文化的传承弘扬和改革创新,不断提升国土资源文化建设的活力和影响力。
The cultural development of the national territory resources departments in Xinjiang is of great importance to the values and behavior of the members who are working in these departments and therefore such work should be intensified.The cultural development ideology should be spread to every member;such kind of research should be done to explore ways;innovation of cultural system should be encouraged and other measures should be taken to implement this work.
