摘要
深入开展创先争优活动是提高党的执政能力、巩固党的执政基础、实现党的执政使命的内在要求,是以党内民主和谐促进人民民主与社会和谐的有效载体,是保持党员队伍蓬勃生机、创造活力的重要途径,更是推进新疆跨越式发展和长治久安的强大动力。深化创先争优活动,努力争科学发展之先,创社会和谐之优,必须切实把基层党组织建设成为坚强的战斗堡垒,坚持以现代文化为引领,营造有利于创先争优与和谐稳定的社会环境;着力构建维护稳定促进发展的工作体系,提高基层组织建设的科学化水平;深入推进平安社区建设,切实巩固和发展党的群众基础;进一步健全各项工作机制,不断增强基层解决实际问题的能力;积极扩大组织覆盖面,为新疆跨越式发展长治久安奠定坚实的组织基础。
Implementing the activity of creating excellence is a good way for the Communist Party of China（CPC） to consolidate its foundation of governance,a chance to boost people’s democracy and social harmony,an approach to maintain creative vigor in Party members,and a driving force to accelerate Xinjiang development and keep Xinjiang long-term stability.In implementation,the basic Party organizations will have to play their positive role to provide a favorable environment for the activity.A working system will also have to be developed in implementation so as to do the work well.
