锥栗幼苗对水分胁迫的生理响应及6-BA的作用 被引量:28

摘要 对锥栗幼苗进行不同程度水分胁迫研究 .结果表明 :水分胁迫使锥栗叶片相对含水量、超氧物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性下降 ,过氧化物酶活性上升 ,质膜相对透性和丙二醛含量增加 .叶面喷施 1 0 -4 mol/L 6- BA可以减缓水分胁迫条件下超氧物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性的下降 ,提高过氧化物酶活性 ,降低丙二醛和脱落酸含量 。 The effect of water stress in different degree on Castanea henryi seedling were studied in this paper Under water stress, the relative water content, superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT) activities in leaves of Castanea henryi seedling were decreased, and the activity of peroxidase(POD), the relative plasmamembrane permeability and the contents of malondildehyde (MDA) were increased SOD,CAT and POD activities in the leaves treated with 6 BA were increased, and the contents of MDA and ABA in leaves were decreased Thus 6 BA reduced the damage of activated oxygen on membrane by water stress
