摘要
解决随迁子女异地升学问题已经进入政策视域,但受政策制定条件的限制,政策制定前提与政策价值选择之间仍然存在冲突,这将影响随迁子女异地升学问题的解决。对此,需要从保障随迁子女受教育权的视角审视教育政策及其制定过程。同时,需要采取有效措施,提高教育政策质量,促进教育政策目标的达成。
Solving the problem of migrant workers children further studies has entered the policy horizon.But subject to the limitations of the policy-making conditions,the existing policy there are certain conflicts between the value selected and the premise formulated,which are affecting migrant workers children in different places in school to solve.It is necessary to examine education policy making process from the perspective of the protection of the right to education of migrant workers children.At the same time,it is necessary to take effective measures to improve the quality of education policy and to achieve education policy objectives.
