摘要
目的:建立甘氨酸碳酸钙胶囊中碳酸钙含量测定的方法。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法测定样品中钙的含量、结果:钙在0.4~3.6μg·ml^(-1)范围内吸收度与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 3),回收率为102.3%,RSD为1.1%。结论:该方法重复性好,灵敏度高,结果准确,为产品质控提供依据。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of calcium carbonate in glycine and calcium carbonate capsules. Method:Calcium was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.Result:The linear range of calcium was 0.4-3.6μg·ml^(-1)(r = 0.999 3).The recovery was 102.3%with RSD of 1.1%.Conclusion:The method is accurate with promising repeatability, and it provides the basis for the quality control of the preparation.
