摘要
柔韧素质是竞技健美操运动中的一项重要的身体素质,它对于改进运动员的技术质量、提高运动成绩和预防运动损伤有着重要作用。牵伸训练可以有效的提高或保持柔韧素质,是运动训练过程中必不可少的组成部分。这篇文章正是以目前高校竞技健美操运动队训练的实际情况为出发点,阐明了牵伸训练的基本原理以及五大类常用的训练形式,并在此基础上结合竞技健美操相关特点,总结出主要身体训练部位的不同练习方式和具体实施过程中的注意事项进行了理论研究,进而帮助人们更好的认识牵伸训练与竞技健美操运动之间的关系。
Flexibility is one of the important physical quality of the competitive aerobics.It plays an important role in improve the athletes technical quality,enhance athletic performance and prevention of sports injury.Stretch training can effectively improve or maintain flexibility and is essential component in the process of sports training.This paper is based on the current college sports aerobics teams training practice as the starting point,expounds the stretch training basic principle as well as the five major categories of commonly used forms of training,and on the basis of the combination of Competitive Aerobics characteristics,Summed up the main parts of the different physical training exercises and specific implementation process matters needing attention the theoretical study,And to help people have a better understanding of the relationship between stretch training and athletic aerobics.
