摘要
采用固相萃取一高效液相色谱法测定环境水中阿特拉津，选择乙酸乙酯为固相萃取洗脱剂，V甲醇：V水=60：40为流动相，流速为0．8mL／min，检测波长225nm，进行分析．得方法检出限为0．02μg／L，回收率介于91％-98％，相对标准偏差为1．5％-3．2％，能够满足饮用水源地水中阿特拉津的分析需要．
A method for determination of Atrazine in water by solid phase extraction （SPE） and high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was developed. The method detection limit was 0.02 μg/L, the recovery rate was between 91% and 98%, the RSD （n=6） was between 1,5% and 3.2%. The method is simple, accurate, reliable and applicable to the determination of atrazine in water environment.
