摘要
采用固相萃取一高效液相色谱法测定环境水中阿特拉津,选择乙酸乙酯为固相萃取洗脱剂,V甲醇:V水=60:40为流动相,流速为0.8mL/min,检测波长225nm,进行分析.得方法检出限为0.02μg/L,回收率介于91%-98%,相对标准偏差为1.5%-3.2%,能够满足饮用水源地水中阿特拉津的分析需要.
A method for determination of Atrazine in water by solid phase extraction (SPE) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed. The method detection limit was 0.02 μg/L, the recovery rate was between 91% and 98%, the RSD (n=6) was between 1,5% and 3.2%. The method is simple, accurate, reliable and applicable to the determination of atrazine in water environment.
