摘要
采用超声波辅助提取方法,考察了超声频率、溶剂种类、料液比和提取时间等因素对茄尼醇的提取率和浸膏纯度的影响。实验发现超声频率对提取率的影响较小;在超声波辅助下,当提取时间达到30 min时,茄尼醇已基本提取完全;在提取过程中分别考察了极性溶剂和非极性溶剂对提取效果的影响,采用液液两相提取技术,可以有效除去其中的杂质。
Ultrasound-assisted extraction methods were implied. The effects of various factors, including the ultrasonic power, solvent, liquid/solid ratio and extraction lime on Solanesol extraction rate and purity were studied. The results showed that the extraction rate is less affected by ultrasound fi'equency. With the assistance of ultrasound wave, the extraction was completed in 30 minutes. The effects of polar solvents and non-polar solvents on the extraction were also investigated. Using the liquid-liquid two-phase extraction techniques the impurities can be removed efficiently.
