摘要
以社会科学学科ARWU排名前100、QS排名前100和THE排名前50的并集,以及世界一流体育大学为研究样本,调查了200余所世界一流大学体育领域华人学者概况,重点从分布国家、职称、学历及专业、教育背景、社会服务、科研产出等方面进行分析。研究显示,海外华人体育学者主要分布在北美和东亚地区;海外华人体育学者中担任教职的比例在50%左右,终身教职比例偏低;海外华人体育学者拥有博士学位的比例为90%,专业方向主要为体育教育、运动医学、运动机能学;80%以上的华人体育学者是在国内取得学士或硕士学位,到海外取得博士学位;华人体育学者与国内的交流与合作偏少;体育教育、运动医学和生物力学方向的科研成果显著,参加国际会议机会多。最后,在人才引进、国际交流、科研产出三个方面提出对国内的启示。
Objective： The purpose of this study is to find out beneficial revelation for Chinese inland sports field by analysis of the Chinese sports scholars who are working in overseas first - class univer- sities. Methods： This study takes the following universities as sample： the first 100 universities in Academic Ranking of World Universities, QS Ranking and THE Ranking. Surveying the general sit- uation of the Chinese sports scholars who are working in overseas first - class universities, specifical- ly speaking, analysing the scholars in these following fields： distribution, professional titles, educa- tion background and majors, social services and research output. Conclusion： First, most of the over- seas Chinese sports scholars distribute in North America. Second, the proportion of Chinese sports scholars who are working as faculty is about 50% ,and the proportion of tenured professors is below 10% ;90% of the Chinese sports scholars have doctor＇s degree, the main majors are physical edu- cation, sports medicine and motor control. Third, 80% of the Chinese sports scholars gained their bachelor＇ s degree or master＇ s degree in China （ including Taiwan）, then they gained doctor＇ s de- gree overseas. Fourth, communications between Chinese scholars overseas and inland is very few. Fifth, Chinese scholars overseas have more opportunities to attend international meetings and confer- ence. Finally, putting forward suggestions in three aspects：Chinese sports scholars＇ coming back toChina,communication and cooperation between overseas Chinese scholars and inland scholars, re- search output analysis of the overseas Chinese sports scholars.
