电子束辐照技术对病毒活性的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过不同电子束辐照剂量对新城疫病毒、1型牛疱疹病毒和鸡传染性法氏囊病毒活性物质进行照射试验,研究其对动物病毒活性的影响。结果表明当电子束辐照剂量高于30kGy时,可以完全灭活这三种病毒。试验证明电子束辐照在很大程度上影响动物相关病毒的活性,将此技术应用于口岸检疫处理,可直接杀灭各类动物产品相关病毒,有效防止有害病毒的传入和扩散。 The activity of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) , bovine herpesvirus- 1 (BHV-1) and infectious bursal disease (IBDV) were tested after being irradiated by electron beam at different dose levels. The results showed that the three viruses could be inactivated completely at dose level of 30 kGy. It means that electron beam irradiation has a significant impact on the activity of animal virus and this technique can be applied to customs quarantine control.
