摘要
为选择性降低卷烟烟气中苯酚释放量,制备了聚醋酸乙烯酯大孔吸附树脂。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、比表面积及孔径分析仪对材料的组成、比表面积和孔径进行了表征。通过卷烟添加剂性能模拟评价装置研究了试验参数对材料降低烟气中苯酚性能的影响。结果表明:在采用交联剂二乙烯基苯,致孔剂醋酸丁酯,致孔剂用量为单体1.5倍时,材料具有最高单位TPM苯酚降低率25.8%。应用结果表明:添加聚醋酸乙烯酯大孔吸附树脂的试验卷烟与对照卷烟相比,苯酚释放量降低21.6%,苯酚选择性降低率为20.3%。
Polyvinyl acetate macroporous adsorption resin was synthesized for selectively reducing phenol yield in cigarette smoke. Resin surface properties were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) and BET surface area analyzer. Assessment by imitation filter device showed that unit TPM could reduce phenol release up to 25.8% when divinylbenzene was used as crosslink agent, and butyl acetate as porogen. Porogen to monomer ratio was 1.5. The resins were applied in cigarettes in dual filter way. Results showed that phenol release reduced by 21.6% and selective reduction rate of phenol release reached 20.3%.
