摘要
目的观察分析丙泊酚和七氟烷联合瑞芬太尼诱导全麻剖宫产手术时，不同的麻醉方法对新生儿及产妇的影响。方法选择2008年1月～2010年2月武汉大学人民医院46例拟行剖宫产术产妇，分为两组。A组23例，在切皮前采用丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼快速诱导气管插管；B组23例，在切皮前采用七氟烷联合瑞芬太尼快速诱导气管插管。两组在切皮后均使用静吸复合麻醉。观察新生儿1min及5minApgar评分和产妇血流动力学改变。结果A、B两组产妇血流动力学及新生儿1rain及5rainApgar评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论剖宫产手术全身麻醉诱导时，选择合适的药物，严格遵循全身麻醉操作规程并加强术中监测管理，不同的全身麻醉方式对新生儿及产妇均安全可靠。
Objective To observe and analyze the effects of newborns and pregnant women when using different meth- ods of Propofol and Sevoflurane anesthesia induced with Remifentanil during cesarean section. Methods 46 patients with general anesthesia for cesarean section from January 2008 to February 2010 in the People＇s Hospital of Wuhan University were selected and divided into 2 groups, group A of 23 patients： Propofol combined with Remifentanil rapid endotracheal intubation; group B of 23 patients： Sevoflurane combined with Remifentanil rapid endotracheal intuba- tion. Both groups were given general anesthesia. The 1 min and 5 rain Apgar scores and hemodynamics of newborns and pregnant women were observed. Results Two sets of maternal hemodynamics and neonatal 1 min and 5 min Apgar scores had no significant differences （/9 〉 0.05）. Conclusion During the cesarean section, if select the appropriate drugs that compliance with general anesthesia and strengthen the management and monitoring of operating procedures of general anesthesia, different ways of anesthesia on newborns and pregnant women are safe and reliable.
