摘要
目的探讨贝前列素钠联合甲钴胺对糖尿病心脏自主神经病变患者进行治疗其心率变异性的影响。方法将我院于2011年3月-2012年3月所收治的300例2型糖尿病合并心脏自主神经病变患者的临床资料,分为安慰剂组、治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用贝前列素钠联合甲钴胺治疗方案,对照组单纯应用甲钴胺治疗,安慰剂组服用安慰剂,总疗程为12周,观察所有患者治疗前后心率变异性指标的变化。结果治疗组、对照组与安慰剂组比较,其治疗后心率变异性指标均有显著提高,治疗纽与对照组比较,患者症状及心率变异性改善更显著,具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论贝前列素钠联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病心脏自主神经病变效果显著,能够明显改善患者的心率变异性。
Objective Treatment effect of combining beraprost sodium with mecobalamin on the heart rate variability of the patients with diabetes mellitus and pathological changes of heart independent nerve is discussed. Method 300 cases with diabetes mellitus II and pathological changes of heart independent nerves, receiving a treatment in the Third People's Hospital of Huizhou from March 2011 to March 2012, were selected as clinical data. These cases were divided into placebo group, treatment group and control group. The treatment method of combining beraprost sodium with mecobalamin was applied in treatment group. Only mecobalamin was used in control group. Placebo was given to the cases of placebo group. The total treatment course was 12 weeks; the changes of heart rate variability index of all cases were observed before and after treatment, respectively. Result Compared with placebo group, treatment group and control group got a significant improvement of heart rate variability index after treatment; patients of treatment group had a more significant improvement of symptoms and heart rate variability. These differences are of statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion The treatment effect of combining beraprost sodium with mecobalamin on the heart rate variability of the patients with diabetes mellitus and pathological changes of heart independent nerves is significant. With this method, the heart rate variability of patients can be significantly improved.
