摘要
本文通过对15例上颌前牙埋伏阻生患者,应用直丝弓矫治技术获得间隙,外科开窗助萌法暴露牙冠,封闭式牵引导萌法进行矫治,使埋伏牙进入牙列。结果 15例患者中的14例埋伏牙均顺利萌出入列。因此直丝弓技术矫治上颌前牙埋伏阻生疗效确切,创伤小,方法简便,适合临床推广应用。
15 cases with impacted maxillary anterior teeth ambush were treated by straight wire bow followed by surgical exposure of tooth crown and artifical eruption, the embedded teeth were induced into dentition. Effective results were obtained in 14 of the 15 cases. Straight wire bow technology is recommended for the treatment of impacted maxillary anterior teeth.
