摘要
目的探讨培养口腔正畸进修医师的临床操作能力的途径和方法。方法在临床实践过程中,先理论,后实践,分段式培养正畸进修医师的临床操作能力,有目的性地采取培养措施。结果分段式培养可以提高口腔正畸进修医师的临床操作能力。结论分段式培养对提高口腔正畸进修医师的临床操作能力有重要作用。
Objective To explore the approaches and methods to develop the clinical abilities of advanced-study dentists in odontoplasty. Methods In clinical training, theory first, and then practice. Performance abilities were trained steps by steps, with clear purpose. Results The staged training method improved clinical performance abilities of the dentists trained. Conclusion The application of the staged training method plays an important role in improving the trainee's abilities in odontoplasty.
