摘要
文章建立了尿中γ-羟基丁酸液相色谱-电喷雾离子阱质谱分析方法。尿样经甲醇稀释后涡旋、离心,上清液过膜后直接进行液相色谱-电喷雾离子阱质谱联用分析。结果表明:尿中γ-羟基丁酸在0.50~100.00μg/mL之间具有良好的线性关系,最低检出限为0.10μg/mL。
A method of analysis of gamma-hydroxybutyric acid in urine was presented using liquid chromatography and ion trap electro-spray mass spectrometry. Urine samples were diluted with methanol, the mixtures were stirred with a vortex mixer and centrifuged at 2000×g for 5 min, and the supernatants were directly analyzed by liquid chromatography and ion trap electro-spray mass spectrometry after being filtered through a 0.45 μm membrane. The calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of0.50-100.0 μg/mL and the limit of detection was 0. 10 μg/mL, respectively.
