摘要
焊接区残余应力的研究对核电低压转子制造工艺、服役安全性以及应力腐蚀评价均有重要的参考作用。测试了百万级核电焊接低压转子1∶1验证件接头区热处理前后残余应力分布,结果表明,现有热处理工艺对降低焊接残余应力是可行、有效的,且测量数据反映出焊接过程比较稳定。相关结果对掌握焊接转子残余应力分布提供重要参考。
Welding residual stress study exerts an influence for the nuclear LP rotor manufacturing process, service security and stress corrosion evaluation. The residual stresses of 1 000 MW nuclear power LP turbine rotors were measured, showing that the adopted heat treatment process is feasible and effective to reduce residual stresses. It is inferred that the welding process is quite stable because of the consistent t data. Relevant results provide an important reference for the study of the residual stress distribution of welded rotor
