科技人员工作薪酬对主观幸福感的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 科技人员的工作薪酬包含经济性报酬和非经济性报酬两部分,科技人员工作薪酬的满意程度直接决定其主观幸福感的大小,并进而影响其工作状态与工作效率。本文在对相关研究文献进行回顾与分析的基础上,运用结构方程模型验证了工作薪酬对主观幸福感的影响程度。结果表明,经济报酬、福利保障、工作环境、学习培训和工作成就能显著影响科技人员的主观幸福感。其中,工作成就对主观幸福感的影响程度最大,而福利保障的影响程度最小。在此基础上,提出要根据科技人员的现实需求,实施更加有针对性的非经济性报酬,并通过提升经济收入来提高科技人员的社会地位。 The work compensation of scientific and technical personnel includes economic reward and non-economic reward.The subjective happiness is directly determined by the satisfaction of work compensation and their work status and work efficiency are also influenecd by it.On the basis of the relevant research literature review and analysis,the impact of compensation on subjective happiness is analyzed by structural equation model.The results show that the financial rewards,welfare and security,working environment,learning training and achievements can significantly influence subjective happiness of scientific and technical personnel.The work achievement is the greatest influence on subjective happiness while the welfare and security is the minimum influence factor.On this basis,more targeted non-economic reward should be implmented according to the practical needs of the scientific and technical personnel and the social status should be enhanced by improving economic pay.
