中西医结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的:观察中西医结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法:选取确诊为带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的病例并随机分为治疗组、对照组各56例,治疗组采用中西医结合方法治疗,对照组采用西医方法治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为92.9%,对照组为53.6%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效满意,值得临床推广。
