摘要
在当前独立学院内部组织系统中,辅导员与教学、科研人员相比,处于从属、辅助地位,身份地位尴尬,相反其工作具有任务繁杂、职业风险高、工作强度和责任大等特点,这些因素致使他们不同程度上产生了身份认同、工作压力、职业发展和自我人际交往方面的心理焦虑,一定程度上影响了独立学院学生思想政治教育工作的有效开展,因此需要从辅导员自身和学校两个维度进行积极心理干预和调试,缓解他们的不良情绪,提升他们的心理素质。
In current inner organizational system in independent colleges and universities, comparingwith teachers and researchers, instructors are subordinate and secondary, however, their work is complex, and hashighrisk, intensityandresponsibility. These factors lead theirpsycholog-ical anxiety about identity, pressure, vocational development and human communication, which af-fects the students' ideological and political education in colleges and universities. As a result, both the instructors and colleges should actively regulate in order to relieve instructors' bad emo-tionand improve their psychological quality.
