新升格高校大学英语教师面临的挑战及自我调试

摘要 近年来众多专科院校升格为本科院校,这些院校中的大学英语教师有必要迅速地调整自己以适应新的情况。本文首先分析了大学英语教师所面临的前诸多挑战,并对如何调整自己提出了一些建议。 More and more colleges have been upgraded in recent years. Thus the college English teachers are facing more and more challenges. The essay is focusing on those challenges and makes some suggestions on how to make self-adjustment.
