摘要
在低碳经济时代,自主创新是我国装备制造业发展的必由之路。根据我国装备制造业特点,基于低碳经济理论构建了装备制造业自主创新能力综合评价指标体系,采用改进的区间层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对我国装备制造业自主创新能力进行综合评价,通过评价其结果是科学合理的。
In the low carbon economy era, the self-innovation is the only way for the development of the equipment manufacturing industry in China. According to the characteristics of the equipment manufacturing industry, the index system of comprehensive evaluation is constructed based on the low carbon economic theory. The weight of index system is determined by the improved IAHP. The capacity of self-innovation about equipment manufacturing in Hebei is evaluated by fuzzy method. The evaluating results confirm that the model is scientific and reasonable.
