摘要
潜规则是一个融合了事实判断和价值判断的概念,在潜规则作用下,道德价值呈现为二元分化,造成道德的虚伪化,是制度伦理与德性伦理矛盾展开的独特形式,引起人们在生存选择和生活意义追求之间的冲突。潜规则的运行需要一定的人际架构,这种人际架构是对道德生活的解构,也是另一种建构。潜规则的行动逻辑是时用主义,它有深厚的文化背景支撑。应该正确对待我国目前潜规则泛滥的情况,努力消除潜规则对道德生活的影响,打破潜规则的运行机制和文化依赖是改善道德生活的必需选择。
Hidden rule is a concept which integrates factual judgment and value judgment. Under hidden rules, moral values become polarized, resulting in hypocrisy of morality, which is the concrete form of the conflict between institutional ethics and virtue ethics, and lead to the conflict between people＇s choice of survival and their pursuit of a meaningful life. The function of hidden rules requires a certain interpersonal framework, which is a deconstruction of moral life as well as a construction of another kind. The logic underlying hidden rules is pragmaticism, which has support from profound cultural background. We should properly deal with the prevalence of hidden rules and try to eliminate their influence on moral life. An improvement of moral life entails the breakdown of the operating mechanism of hidden rules and their cultural dependence.
