摘要
采用两室式双极膜电渗析装置将发酵液中的琥珀酸钠转化为琥珀酸。通过考察回收率、电流效率和能耗等技术参数,探讨了不同操作电流和进料琥珀酸钠浓度等工艺参数对转化过程的影响。结果表明,电流等于3 A,琥珀酸钠浓度为0.3 mol/L,流量为15 L/h的情况下,回收率可达99%;琥珀酸钠浓度为0.5 mol/L时,能耗最低为5.0kWh/kg。综合考虑回收率、能耗和电流效率,本试验研究范围内最佳条件:电流2 A,琥珀酸钠浓度为0.4 mol/L。
Succinic acid was recovered from fermentation broth by using bipolar membrane electrodialysis with two compartments.Through studying recovery rate,current efficiency and energy consumption,we discussed the correlativity between technological parameters and the experimental pocess,such as operating current,the concentration of sodium succinate.The results show that when the current is equal to 3 A,the concentration of sodium succinate is 0.3 mol/L,the flow is 15 L/h,and recovery rate can reach 99%.When the concentration of sodium succinate is 0.5 mol/L,the lowest energy consumption is 5.0 kWh/kg.Through comprehensive considering the recovery,energy consumption and current efficiency,the optimum test condition as follows: current is 2A and the concentration of sodium succinate is 0.4 mol/L.
