摘要
双极膜电渗析技术能直接将水解离为H+和OH-,因而能在不外加酸的情况下使有机酸盐转化为有机酸,且不产生任何废液.这一特殊的优势是传统工艺中的酸化沉淀法、离子交换法和普通电渗析无法比拟的.近年来,双极膜在柠檬酸和乳酸等有机酸生产中的应用研究进展迅猛.因此现谨就双极膜电渗析技术的原理、与传统工艺相比的优势、在实验和生产方面的研究进展和对未来的展望作一综述,以指导相关的研究工作.
Under the driving force of an electrical field, a bipolar membrane can efficiently dissociate water into hydrogen(H^+ ) and hydroxyl (OH^-)ions. So electrodialysis with bipolar membrane (EDBM) can be used to directly acidify the organic salt without the addition of other inorganic acids and avoiding waste streams. Therefore, this technique is simultaneously economically attractive and has a low impact on the environment as compared with ion - exchange and conventional electrodialysis techniques. However, the number of installed EDBM plants worldwide has been relatively small until now. This is due to many reasons, such as high investment, a perceived unreliability of the technology and the limited range of economical/practical applications. With the development of EDBM technology, the number of EDBM plants in operation should greatly increase in the next few years. The principle of EDBM, the recent advances in this filed are reviewed. And the future development trends are also proposed.
