摘要
通过电渗析法分离回收厨房垃圾发酵液中乳酸的实验研究,考察了不同电流密度下电渗析过程中浓缩室、淡化室的乳酸浓度、pH、乳酸回收率、电流效率、还原糖扩散率等值的变化.实验结果表明,采用电渗析法能将厨房垃圾发酵液中的乳酸与还原性糖进行有效分离,在电流密度2.0 A/dm2的条件下电渗析10个小时,可使乳酸回收率>82.40%,还原糖扩散率<0.84%,平均电流效率>91.86%.另外,该法还可使发酵液中的乳酸得到浓缩,以利于后续工艺中乳酸的进一步提纯及聚合.
Through the study of extracting lactic acid from fermentation broths of kitchen garbage by electrodialysis, the changes of lactic acid concentration, pH, the recovery ratio of lactic acid, the electric current efficiency and the diffusion of reductive sugar under different electric current densities are examined. The results show that the lactic acid and reductive sugar can be effectively separated by electrodialysis. In the case of 10-hour electrodialysis under 2.0 A/dm2 current density, the recovery ratio of lactic acid and the average current efficiency are over 82.40% and 91.86% respectively, however the diffusion of reductive sugar is less than 0.84%. In addition, the lactic acid in fermentation broth can be concentrated by this method, which benefits the further purification and the polymerization of lactic acid in the following processes.
