摘要
目的 比较 E-钙粘附蛋白与相关蛋白α-连接蛋白在结肠腺癌的表达及在淋巴结转移中的作用。 方法 用 SP免疫组织化学方法检测 5 8例结肠癌中 E-钙粘附蛋白、α-连接蛋白的表达。 结果 结肠癌中 E-钙粘附蛋白、α-连接蛋白表达的减低比均为 5 8.6 %。 E-钙粘附蛋白的表达减低与淋巴结转移无关 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,而α-连接蛋白的表达减低与淋巴结转移显著相关 (P<0 .0 1)。 结论 α-连接蛋白减低表达与结肠癌淋巴结转移的关系较为密切。
Objective\ To analyze the role of E-cadherin(E-cad) and associated protein α-catenin(α-cat) in lymph node metastasis of colorectal adenocarcinoma.\ Methods\ E-cad and α-cat immunoreactivities were evaluated in 58 colorectal cancer specimens and 10 normal colorectal mucosa using streptavidin peroxidase method.\ The results of immunostaining were compared with clinicopathological parameter.\ Results\ E-cad or α-cat levels were reduced in 58 6%,58 6% cancers,respectively.\ α-cat but E-cad expression were significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis of colorectal carcinoma(P<0 01).\ Conclusion\ Reduced α-cat expression has closer relationship with lymph node metastasis of colorectal carcinoma than E-cad.\;
