摘要
目的:探讨3种不同内固定植入物治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法:研究对象为2008年7月-2010年12月我院收治的被确诊为髌骨粉碎性骨折的患者68例,给予3种不同内固定植入物治疗,比较分析膝关节功能恢复情况。结果:NTPC(Nickel Titanium Patella Concentrator镍钛形状记忆合金聚髌器)内固定组优良率高达97.1%,显著优于钢丝环扎内固定组及克氏针张力带内固定组(P<0.05);NTPC内固定组下地行走时间、正常步态时间、屈膝时间显著早于钢丝环扎内固定组及克氏针张力带内固定组(P<0.05)。结论:针对髌骨粉碎性骨折的患者实施内固定植入物治疗,首选NTPC内固定治疗有助于术后膝关节功能恢复,值得临床上推广应用。
To investigate the clinical effects of three different internal fixation implants in treating comminuted patella fractures. Methods: From July 2008 to December 2010, 68 cases of comminuted patella fractures received internal fix- ation of three different implants. The functional recovery was compared and analyzed. Results: 97. 1 % patients implanted with Nickel--titanium patella concentrator (NTPC) obtained good results, which was significantly superior to that of circu- lar wiring and K-wire tension band internal fixation (P〈0. 05). Compared to patients with circular wiring and K-wire ten- sion band internal fixation, the time was shorter for patients with NTPC to walk, or to walk in a normal way, or to be able to bend knees (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: NTPC internal fixation is a first-choice therapy for comminuted patella fractures.
