摘要
目的:观察镍钛形状记忆合金聚髌器治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法:对90例采用镍钛聚髌器治疗的髌骨骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:采用陆氏评定标准,优82例,良6例,可2例。结论:镍钛形状记忆合金聚髌器是治疗髌骨骨折较理想的方法。
Objective：To observe the effect of nickel TiNi shape memory alloy patellar concentrator in treating patella fractures. Methods：The clinical data of 90 cases of patellar fracture treated by using the nickel TiNi patellar concentrator were analyzed retrospectively. Results：According to the luks evaluation standards, the effect was excellent in 82 cases, good in 6 cases and fair in 2 cases. Conclusions：The nickel TiNi patellar concentrator is an ideal procedure for patellar fracture.
