地特胰岛素对初治2型糖尿病的疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的观察地特胰岛素对初治2型糖尿病的有效性、安全性。方法初诊2型糖尿病患者120例,按住院号单双分为治疗组62例和对照组58例。治疗组3餐前皮下注射门冬胰岛素,睡前皮下注射地特胰岛素;对照组3餐前皮下注射门冬胰岛素,睡前皮下注射鱼精蛋白锌胰岛素。两组均治疗12周。结果治疗组血糖达控制目标时间为(7.9±2.6)d,短于对照组的(8.8±1.9)d(P<0.05);治疗组胰岛素日剂量为(37.5±6.5)IU,少于对照组的(40.5±1.6)IU(P<0.05);治疗后两组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),但治疗后两组FPG、PBG及HbA1c水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前两组患者体质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后对照组体质量增加较治疗前明显(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后体质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为3.23%(2/62)低于对照组的13.79%(8/58)(P<0.05)。结论地特胰岛素治疗新诊断2型糖尿病患者具有使用方便、有效控制血糖、低血糖发生率低、体质量增加少。
